Every team's 2026 opponents, color coded by how hard that defense is to score on, with a weeks 14-17 filter for the stretch that actually decides your league.

Stretch of the season

EasyToughScores run 1 (softest matchup) to 10 (toughest). Away games show @.

Easiest full season

  1. CLE5/10
  2. PHI5.1/10
  3. HOU5.3/10
  4. NO5.3/10
  5. BAL5.5/10

Toughest full season

  1. LV6.8/10
  2. LAC6.7/10
  3. CHI6.6/10
  4. DEN6.5/10
  5. BUF6.4/10

Matchups come from the published 2026 NFL schedule. Difficulty is scaled from each defense's points allowed per game last season, so a 9 or 10 means you are facing one of the stingiest scoring defenses in the league that week.

Using schedule the right way

Strength of schedule is a tiebreaker. Talent and volume decide most of a fantasy season, and defenses change more between seasons than people expect, so treat a soft schedule as a nudge rather than a reason to reach a round early.

Where it earns its keep is the playoff stretch. Flip the grid to weeks 14-17 and you can see which offenses are walking into soft matchups in the games that decide titles. When two players are close on your board, take the one whose December looks easier — and use the same view in November to decide which of your bench pieces is worth holding.

The bye column matters on draft day too. Three starters sharing a bye is a guaranteed loss week for a lot of rosters, and it is trivially avoidable if you check before you draft rather than in October.

FAQ

What is strength of schedule in fantasy football?
It is how hard the defenses on a team's schedule are. A soft schedule means more games against defenses that give up points, which lifts every fantasy player on that offense.
Which weeks are the fantasy playoffs?
Most leagues play their playoffs in weeks 15-17, with week 14 as the last regular-season week or a quarterfinal. The playoff filter on this grid covers weeks 14-17 so you can see the whole stretch that decides your season.
How much should strength of schedule affect my draft?
Use it as a tiebreaker, not a ranking. Between two players you rate the same, take the one with the easier weeks 14-17 run. Do not move a player up or down a whole round because of schedule — talent and volume move the needle far more.
How is difficulty calculated here?
Each defense is scored 1 to 10 from the points per game it allowed last season, then applied to the published 2026 opponent schedule. A 10 is one of the stingiest defenses in the league; a 1 is one of the most generous.
Where do bye weeks show up?
The bye column lists each team's off week, and the grid marks it as BYE. Use it to avoid stacking three starters on the same bye when you draft.
