Draft Waiver ("we", "us") provides a fantasy football draft co-pilot and in-season waiver assistant at draftwaiver.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you set one, a display name.
• League data: league settings, roster and draft-pick information you sync or paste in from Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or CBS.
• Billing data: subscription status, plan, and billing period. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Usage data: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Browser extension

The Draft Waiver browser extension reads the draft board on supported fantasy sites only while you have a draft page open, so it can detect picks in real time. It does not read pages on other sites, and it does not collect passwords or payment data.

How we use it

• To run the draft engine, waiver recommendations, and league sync features you asked for.
• To send account and billing emails (sign-in links, receipts, renewal and payment notices) from notify.draftwaiver.com.
• To keep the service secure and diagnose faults.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email. Transactional email can be unsubscribed from using the link in the footer of each message.

Processors we rely on

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Lovable — hosting and email delivery.

Retention and your rights

League and draft data is kept while your account is active. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@draftwaiver.com; we respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your league and roster data.

Children

Draft Waiver is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify active subscribers by email.
