Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Draft Waiver, including the web app at draftwaiver.com, the Waiver Room, and the Draft Waiver browser extension. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Draft Waiver provides decision support for fantasy football drafts and in-season roster moves. Recommendations are projections, not guarantees. You are responsible for every pick, trade, and waiver claim you make.

Accounts

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account secure.
• One account per person. Do not share access to a paid plan.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Draft Waiver.

Plans and billing

• Draft Pass, Season Pass, and Bundle are sold as season-length subscriptions billed through Stripe.
• Prices are shown in USD before tax; applicable tax is added at checkout.
• Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation — cancelling does not end access immediately.
• You can cancel or change payment details any time from the billing portal linked in the app.

Refunds

If Draft Waiver does not work for you, email support@draftwaiver.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used the service through a completed live draft. After that window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current season.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Draft Waiver rankings, projections, or output.
• Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or authentication.
• Do not use the service to violate the terms of Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, CBS, or any other platform.

Third-party platforms

Draft Waiver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, CBS Sports, or the NFL. Platform integrations depend on those services and may break without notice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability during draft season but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active subscribers. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with a pro-rated refund where required by law.
