Quarterback injury updates and replacements
A quarterback injury is the cleanest replacement decision in fantasy: the backup inherits nearly every dropback, but almost never the efficiency. Expect volume without ceiling.
Rule of thumb: In one-QB leagues, stream the best available matchup rather than the backup. In superflex, the backup is usually a must-add the moment the news breaks.

How to use this page
Injury news moves faster than any static page can. This is the part that does not change week to week: which quarterbacks carry enough workload that their absence actually decides a matchup, and who absorbs the touches when it happens. When a report lands, run the exact status through the impact calculator to get the points version of the decision.
